OUR BREWERY AND TASTING ROOM ON PINE STREET OPENED IN SPRING OF 2015
In 2012 we began distributing Zero Gravity for off-premise sales, and two years later we had maxed out the production at the Flatbread Brewpub. Needing more space we found a beautiful location in Burlington’s South End Arts District, and in the spring of 2015, the Pine Street brewery came to be.
A 30-barrel brew house, full canning line, tasting room, retail shop and a sun-drenched beer garden make this spot a premier destination for beer travelers and regulars alike. This location also houses our barrel aging program and allows us to make styles that we previously did not have the space to attempt.
One of the distinguishing elements of our beers at Zero Gravity is adherence to the qualities of the classic beer styles that make those beers great. This includes use of the best malt and hops, applying painstaking attention to technique and recipe, maturing the beers to full completion, and striving for internal balance above all. This mode—call it an unwavering commitment to the level of quality found in the great beers of the world—is not at odds with experimental brewing. It quietly underpins the work of the best creative breweries of America, and is the foundation our beers are built on. The Pine Street brew staff comprises Brewmaster Paul Sayler and Head of Production Justin McCarthy, with Flatbread Head Brewer Destiny Saxon stopping by from time to time.
At the Pine Street Brewery we sell six-packs of Green State Lager, Conehead, and Little Wolf as well as a rotating seasonal specialty can. We also offer growler fills for any of our beer on draught. For all keg purchase inquiries, drop a line at email@example.com

We fill 32oz ($6) and 64oz ($12) growlers that are cleaned and rinsed thoroughly. This includes 1 liter and 2 liter sizes (nothing smaller than 750ml). Price of growler includes the growler itself which is yours to keep. Growlers cannot be redeemed for deposit after December 31, 2015. We reserve the right to not fill any growler that doesn’t appear to us to be cleaned or rinsed properly. Dark glass or opaque growlers only (no clear glass). This policy applies to both the Pine Street Brewery and the Flatbread Brewpub.
