Brewed for Food Dinner Series

Pairing food and beer has always been a passion of ours. Having started Zero Gravity at American Flatbread made brewing beer that works well with food a priority from the very beginning and it is something we continue to strive for today. In continuing the tradition of exploring the relationship between beer and food, we’ve started the Brewed for Food beer dinner series. This series of five-course beer dinners is being created in collaboration with some of our favorite chefs in town—Frank Pace of The Great Northern, Jon Morin of American Flatbread and Andrew LeStourgeon of Monarch and The Milkweed.

The first installment featured pairings like apple glazed duck with our American pale ale, roasted snapper with our Oktoberfest, and kaffir lime frozen yogurt with our barrel-aged Belgian golden ale. Just to name a few.
