Flatbread Oven Rebuild

One of the staples of any Burlington summer is the Intervale Center’s weekly celebration of all things local—Summervale. Every Thursday evening the community comes together to eat good food, drink Zero Gravity beer, and learn about our loval farmland. One of the staples of this celebration is American Flatbread’s on-site wood fired oven, that sits squarely in front of the farm barn.

Unfortunately, last spring the fire burned a little too hot and took our beloved oven with it. The only logical thing to do was get the team together to rebuild, and rebuild we did.
